SaaS literally provides the customers with Software as a service. Generally it began as the way of providing Enterprise Software such as HR or CRM Software in the form of services rather than the form of Packaged Software. Now, many categories of application are provided via online. The value delivered to the customer became to be very high compared with the existing On-Premise contract. Interestingly, the fundamental reason to focus on SaaS is that it has potential of changing the whole industry as well as IT sector. IT Utility Service trend is being evolved. Nicholas Carr, in his book 'The Big Switch', comparing ‘Electric Utilities’ with ‘IT Utilities’, claimed that ‘IT’ will advance as a Public Utility Service as the case of ‘Electic’. Companies will not burden of purchasing hardware and software, developing application, and paying for maintenance under such circumstance.
